Dr. Stader is the founder and president of Stader Opioid Consultants and an emergency and addiction medicine physician. He is the founder and Executive Director of The Naloxone Project, a nonprofit organization that engages hospitals in providing overdose education and naloxone distribution. Dr. Stader leads several state- and nation- wide projects targeted at harm reduction and substance use disorder treatment.
Rachael Duncan, PharmD

Dr. Duncan is a clinical pharmacist that champions several state- and nation- wide perinatal initiatives targeted at creating better systems to support pregnant and postpartum patients and families affected by substance use and use disorders.
Kaylin Klie, MD, MA, FASAM

Dr. Klie is a family medicine and addiction medicine physician with special interest and expertise in the care of pregnant and parenting people with substance use disorders. She has developed two integrated clinics for pregnant people to receive medical care and substance use support and is the immediate past co-chair of and continues to serve on the Colorado Maternal Mortality Review Committee.
Susan Bradley, PharmD, JM

Dr. Bradley is a clinical pharmacist experienced in medication management of patients with substance use disorders. She also has a background in pharmacy leadership, clinical project development, regulatory compliance, accreditation, policy writing and systemization.

Sarah Briley is a Program Manager for Clinical Quality Improvement at the Colorado Perinatal Care Quality Collaborative and helps hospitals implement emerging best practices through the Colorado AIM: SUD program and MOMs+ programs.

Amber Johnson is a Certified Nurse Midwife and a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality. She is the Director of Quality Improvement at the Colorado Perinatal Care Quality Collaborative. In this role, she leads hospital-based maternal quality improvement programs addressing the leading causes of maternal morbidity and mortality in Colorado.

Racquel Garcia is a Certified Addiction Counselor, Interventionist, Recovery Coach, expert trainer, presenter and entrepreneur. She is the founder of HardBeauty and HardBeauty Foundation. She is a person in sustained recovery and a recognized state and national leader in addressing the opioid crisis, especially the building of peer networks.

Brooke Stoesz is a dedicated nurse with extensive experience in maternal and newborn care, labor and delivery, and quality improvement. Currently, she leads multiple hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives at Swedish Medical Center in Englewood, CO. Her passion lies in supporting patients with substance use disorders and advocating for those facing healthcare disparities.

Kayleigh Boveri is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to enhancing mental health services and processes in communities, particularly for young adults. She specializes in breaking generational trauma cycles and empowering individuals to realize their full potential. With experience in healthcare, maternal health, and child welfare, Kayleigh also owns a private practice dedicated to fostering resilience and growth in her clients.
